The service

MIA to Fort Lauderdale (miatofortlauderdale.com) provides pre-booked private ground transportation in South Florida, primarily between Miami International Airport and the Fort Lauderdale area. The service is operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA, part of the TwelveTransfers network. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are generated from your pickup, drop-off, date, time, and vehicle class, and are fixed once the booking is confirmed. The quoted fare includes the driver, vehicle, fuel, tolls, airport parking, the stated free waiting time, and meet and greet on airport pickups. Payment is taken securely online at booking through our payment provider.

Airport pickups and waiting time

On airport pickups we track your flight and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing. The fare includes 30 minutes of free waiting after domestic arrivals and 60 minutes after international arrivals, measured from wheels-down. Beyond the included window, additional waiting may be charged or the booking may be treated as a no-show if we cannot reach you.

Cancellations and changes

Bookings canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. For cancellations inside 24 hours, contact us as soon as possible; we will try to rebook or resolve the situation fairly, but a fee up to the full fare may apply. Changes to time, address, or vehicle are free when made in advance and subject to availability; a change that alters the route or vehicle class may change the fare.

Passenger responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate flight, address, and contact details, for choosing a vehicle class adequate for your party and luggage, and for requesting child seats for passengers who need them. Florida law requires child restraints for young children; we provide seats on request at booking. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles. Damage to a vehicle beyond normal wear may be charged to the booking party.

Delays and events outside our control

We plan routes around live traffic and build in sensible margins, but we cannot guarantee journey times on public roads. FG Twelve LLC is not liable for missed flights, connections, or events caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

Lost property

Drivers check vehicles after each trip, and found items are logged by dispatch. Contact us with your booking reference and we will arrange return of recovered items; shipping costs are the passenger’s responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
