MIA to Las Olas Boulevard

Straight from the jet bridge to the prettiest mile in Fort Lauderdale

30 miles35-50 minutesFixed fare from $89

Las Olas Boulevard is the street Fort Lauderdale shows off to visitors, and for good reason. It runs a little over two miles from Andrews Avenue downtown to the Atlantic at A1A, changing character as it goes: office towers give way to galleries and sidewalk cafes, then to the finger-island canals of the Las Olas Isles, where sailboats sit tied up behind waterfront homes. If your trip is built around dinners, boutiques and slow evening walks, this is where you want to be dropped off.

From Miami International Airport the ride covers roughly 30 miles. Your driver takes SR-112 to I-95 North, exits at Broward Boulevard, and threads into downtown to whichever block or hotel you name. With normal traffic you are stepping onto the boulevard 35 to 50 minutes after leaving the terminal. On weekday afternoons I-95 can slow between the Golden Glades and Griffin Road, so we track conditions and adjust the route through Florida’s Turnpike when it saves time.

The fare is fixed when you book, from $89 for a Business sedan, and it covers the details other rides bill as extras: your driver meeting you inside MIA arrivals with a name sign, 30 minutes of waiting after a domestic landing and 60 after an international one, airport parking, tolls, and automatic flight tracking. If you touch down early or late, the pickup moves with you.

One local tip worth knowing before you arrive: Las Olas is a genuinely walkable street, but its hotels spread from the riverfront to the Isles, and a half-mile with luggage in Florida humidity is no way to start a vacation. Give us the exact hotel, the Riverside on East Las Olas, a vacation rental on Hendricks Isle, or a condo near the beach end, and we deliver you to the door, not the neighborhood.
